Refund Policy

Egolfplan.com has a straightforward refund policy that has been designed with our customers in mind. Full details of this policy are explained below. This refund policy is subject always to our terms and conditions. If there's anything you're unsure of please don't hesitate to contact us.

Annual Subscription

We will charge your credit card with the annual membership fee at the start of your membership (“effective date”). You will be notified by e-mail approximately 30 days prior to the expiration of your membership term at which time you will have the option to renew your membership via the egolfplan website for the next year.  Egolfplan does not retain any credit card information and does not auto bill for any subsequent membership period.  Please be aware that if your membership lapses you will not have access to egolfplan.  You may cancel your membership by notifying us at info@egolfplan.com.  You can do this at any time without incurring a cancellation fee.  Upon canceling your membership, no further fees will be charged and you will be removed from our e-mail list.

Customer Satisfaction

If for any reason you are unhappy with any element of the subscription service, we will investigate every complaint and will attempt to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
